API IntegrationsYour tools, finally talking to each other.

We connect CRMs, ERPs, databases, payment systems, messaging platforms and internal tools with integrations that are monitored, retry on failure and keep data consistent.

Connect your CRM, ERP, databases, APIs and business tools.

What you get

  • System-to-system sync
  • Webhooks and events
  • Custom APIs
  • Monitoring and alerts

01The problem

Disconnected systems turn people into integration middleware.

When systems don't talk, people copy data between them. That's slow, error-prone and invisible — until a customer gets the wrong invoice or an order is shipped twice.

  • The same customer re-entered in three different systems
  • Fragile point-to-point scripts nobody wants to touch
  • Integrations that fail silently
  • No single source of truth for key records

02The solution

Integrations engineered like production software.

We design integrations with explicit data ownership, idempotent processing, retries, alerting and logs — so you know what moved, when, and what to do when something fails.

  • 01

    System-to-system sync

Keep customers, orders, inventory and invoices consistent across platforms.

  • 02

    Webhooks and events

React to changes in real time instead of polling or batch uploads.

  • 03

    Custom APIs

Clean APIs in front of legacy systems so modern apps can use them.

  • 04

    Monitoring and alerts

Dashboards and alerts for failed syncs, with safe replay.

03How it works

From request to result, step by step.

  1. 1

    Event occurs

A record is created or changed in a source system.

  2. 2

    Captured reliably

A webhook or scheduled job captures the change and queues it.

  3. 3

    Transformed and validated

Data is mapped between system formats and checked against rules.

  4. 4

    Delivered and logged

The target system is updated; failures retry and raise alerts.

04Typical use cases

Where it fits.

  • CRM ↔ accounting

Won deals create customers and invoices without re-entry.

  • E-commerce ↔ inventory

Stock levels and orders stay in sync across storefronts and warehouses.

  • Forms ↔ CRM ↔ messaging

Leads land in the CRM and trigger WhatsApp or email follow-ups.

  • Legacy system APIs

A secure API layer over older systems for new applications.

Technology

    Architect

Data ownership, mapping, sync direction, error handling and security.

  3. 03

    Build

Integration services with tests against sandbox environments.

  4. 04

    Integrate

Staged rollout, historical data backfill and reconciliation.

  5. 05

    Optimise

Monitoring, alert tuning and performance improvements.

06FAQ

Common questions.

Can Sutra integrate with our existing systems?

Most modern platforms offer APIs or webhooks, and we integrate with them directly. For older systems we use database access, file exchange or build an API layer — after checking what's safe and supported.

What if a system has no API?

We look at options such as database integration, scheduled exports, email parsing or vendor connectors. Browser automation is a last resort because it's fragile.

How do you handle failures?

Integrations are designed to retry safely without duplicating data, log every attempt and alert a named owner when something needs attention.
